Combs for Wedding Veils
- A 3 inch comb is the most common used
wedding veils, choose clear plastic or wire
metal
- A 4 inch comb works well when a less
full effect is desired, clear plastic only
- A 4 inch comb is also recommended for
3-tier bridal veils to make them less bulky
- Chiffon veils require a 4" comb as the
chiffon is thicker

Permanent Attachment

The edge of the bridal veil
is permanently sewn to the comb with a strong
thread. A very
secure attachment. All 1 tier bridal veils are
permanently attached to the comb.
It's also a great option when you will not need
to remove any of the tiers.

Detachable Wedding Veils
This is a great option for longer
2 or 3 tier bridal veils. Remove the long tier
for the wedding reception to enjoy freedom of
movement. This is usually done with Velcro so
the detachable tier may be removed without disturbing

Top Edge of Wedding

The top edge can be hidden under
the comb. This is the most popular method for
wedding veils today, so it looks like nothing
but veil flowing from your hair where it attaches.

Hair Pins for Mantilla Veils
Our mantilla veils come with a hair
pin. This 2" long straight pin allows
you to attach mantilla veils any
place on the veil. Mantilla veils can
also have a permanent or detachable
comb, but consider if it will be hidden
by lace or other edge options.
